I sometimes get asked what I did with all the spare time that I had while freelancing and consulting for nearly 10 years.

Well, when I wasn't working on entertainment projects and pitches with Chris Marrs and Tim Kendall, I gut rehabbed a 2800 square foot house that was built in 1892... by myself.
